About the event
SUNRISE SUP + SAUNA
The seasons have changed, though that's no reason to stop using the sauna! We sauna all year long & so should you! Join us for sunrise SUP(stand up paddleboard) + Sauna. Much like our other events, we will practice sauna + cold plunge rounds with a twist for sweet summertime! Prior to relaxing in the sauna we will embark on a paddleboard journey on North Center Lake. Balance an issue? No worries, you can still paddle from your knees OR bring your own kayak.
