What is better than a calm evening on the lake followed by sauna rounds? Not much! There will be 2 ticket options available, one that includes a paddleboard rental and a bring your own option as well!

About the event
The seasons have changed, though that's no reason to stop using the sauna! We sauna all year long & so should you! Join us for sunrise or sunset SUP(stand up paddleboard) + Sauna. Much like our other events, we will practice sauna + cold plunge rounds with a twist for sweet summertime! Prior to relaxing in the sauna we will embark on a paddleboard journey on North Center Lake. Balance an issue? No worries, you can still paddle from your knees OR bring your own kayak.
