About the event
Four Elements and Oasis Be Studio are teaming up again this season to bring you monthly Strength & Sauna events! Join us for an hour HIIT class followed by sauna and cold plunge in the lake! Space is limited to EIGHT per session!
What to wear/bring:
+Clean sneakers
+Athletic clothing for the workout (you may sauna in your gear or change into a swimsuit!)
+Full water bottle
+Towel (or 2!)
