About the event
SOLSTICE SUP + SAUNA
The seasons have changed, though that's no reason to stop using the sauna! We sauna all year long & so should you! Join us in celebrating the Summer Solstice - Sauna Style. Much like our other events, we will practice sauna + cold plunge rounds with a twist for sweet summertime! Prior to relaxing in the sauna we will embark on a paddleboard journey on North Center Lake. Balance an issue? No worries, you can still paddle from your knees OR bring your own kayak. Expect a few other curated surprises for this special Solstice Event.
