About the event
75 minute sauna + lake plunge sessions will be running 11am-4pm in conjunction with the Ojiketa Holistic Wellness Expo.
Session start times:
11am | 12:15pm | 1:30pm | 2:45pm
What to bring/wear:
+Swimwear/athletic clothing (something you can get sweaty/wet in)
+TWO towels (one to sit on + one for drying off)
