Celebration of the Lakes celebrates all things snow + ice. Join us for year THREE of the Nordic Sauna Experience with Four Elements Nordic Sauna. Enjoy a 75-minute sauna and cold plunge session will leave you feeling relaxed + invigorated with a new appreciation for winter. Join us to see what all the buzz is about!
What do I bring?
-Wear something you feel comfortable sweating in (swimsuit or athleticwear)
-Full waterbottle(s)
-2 Towels (one to sit on + one for drying off)
-Sandals
